1 c. sugar
3/4 to 1 c. crushed strawberries
1 t. lemon juice
pinch salt
Mix all for 20 mins. on high speed.
Ice angel food cake; place in refrigerator.
Can garnish with fresh strawberries and serve with ice cream.
Light and fluffy. Beautiful presentation. Easy.
